1.1. durovloh.net (DurovLoh) is a social network. By registering or using the Site you accept these Rules and the Privacy Policy.
1.2. If you disagree, delete your page and stop using the service.
1.3. The Administration may change the Rules. The new version is published on this page. Using the Site after that means you accept it.
1.4. The Site is a place to talk. It is not a promise to provide any service or to stay online forever.
2.1. One living page per person. Other people’s names, photos and fake accounts are not allowed.
2.2. You are responsible for your password and for everything done from your page.
2.3. The Administration may ask you to prove who you are if the page looks fake or breaks the Rules.
2.4. A deleted page can sometimes be restored before the record is wiped. After that, restore is not promised.
4.1. By posting you confirm you have the right to publish it and will handle third-party claims yourself.
4.2. Page addresses, ids and the technical infrastructure belong to the Site.
4.3. Content that breaks the Rules can be removed without notice. A report does not always mean deletion: the Administration decides.
5.1. These Rules apply in communities, topics and private messages the same way as on the wall.
5.2. Community admins are responsible for what happens there within their rights.
5.3. Votes are the Site’s internal currency. Purchases go through payment services. Refunds of votes or money are up to the Administration and the payment provider, unless the law says otherwise.
6.1. The Administration decides whether the Rules were broken.
6.2. Measures include hiding or deleting content, limiting features, temporary or permanent blocks, and wiping content.
6.3. A detailed explanation is not required every time, but mail to support@durovloh.net is usually answered.
7.1. You are responsible for your actions and posts.
7.2. The Administration is not responsible for other users or for third-party sites.
7.3. The Site may change, go down for maintenance or drop features.
