The site durovloh.net (the Site, DurovLoh) processes data so you can use the network: profile, wall, messages, photos, communities and related features. The operator is the Site Administration. Contact: support@durovloh.net.
By registering or continuing to use the Site you accept this Policy and the Rules. If you disagree, delete your page and stop using the service.
- 1.1. Registration. First name, last name, gender, email and/or phone number, and a password (stored in a protected form).
- 1.2. Profile. Anything you add yourself: birthday, city, education, relationship status, photos, status and other page fields.
- 1.3. Content and activity. Wall posts, comments, photos, video, audio, documents, messages, friend lists, communities, tags, reports and other activity on the Site.
- 1.4. Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, OS, cookies, login and security logs, approximate location from IP. Camera and microphone are used only if you allow it in the browser.
- 1.5. Payments. If you buy votes, the payment service sees the amount and payment details. We receive the payment result and credit votes to the page. We do not store full card numbers.
- 1.6. We do not have to verify every profile field. False data can be removed or the page can be blocked.
- to create and run your page, messages, feed, and people/community search;
- to show content to the people you allow in privacy settings;
- to protect the Site from spam, break-ins, fraud and rule violations;
- to restore access and send service email and notifications;
- to accept vote payments and keep those records;
- to fix and improve the Site.
- 3.1. What you publish can be seen by other users and, if the page is open, by anyone on the internet. You choose visibility in settings, except a minimum the network needs: name, page id, and the fact that the account exists.
- 3.2. Copies can remain with other people (forwarded messages, saved photos, shares). Deleting your page does not undo that.
- 3.3. Contractors that keep the Site running may receive data: hosting, mail, file storage, payment services. They may use it only for that work.
- 3.4. We may disclose data when the law or a competent authority requires it.
- 3.5. Third-party sites, apps and share buttons have their own rules. We are not responsible for them.
- 4.1. Access uses your login and password. Do not give the password to anyone, including people who claim to be support in chat. A linked phone helps restore access.
- 4.2. Login history is in security settings. Unusual sign-ins may need extra checks.
- 4.3. Data is kept while the page exists and as long as needed to run the Site, review reports, handle payments and meet the law. After you delete the page, some technical logs and payment records may stay for the period required by law or security.
- 4.4. A page you deleted yourself may still be restorable until the record is wiped for good.
- view and edit data on your page and in settings;
- choose who can see your wall, photos, messages and other information;
- delete a post, a photo or the whole page;
- ask us to correct, restrict or delete data you cannot change yourself — write to support@durovloh.net and include your id or short page address;
- get a reply in a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
Support mail is not published. We use it to answer you or to comply with the law.
The Site sets cookies to keep you signed in, remember language and settings, count visits and catch abuse. Blocking cookies may break login and some features.
The Site is not meant for children who cannot legally register on a social network on their own. If you are a parent and see a child’s page without consent, write to support.
The current version is published at https://durovloh.net/terms?privacy=1. We try to announce material changes in advance. Using the Site after an update means you accept the new version.
